Stainless steel pressure gauge can not correctly indicate the pressure value, there will also be inaccurate indication. Vibration will directly cause deformation of the elastic components and damage of components of the pressure gauge, affecting the sensitivity and accuracy of the pressure gauge and the user's reading of the pressure gauge indication value. The measures to prevent vibration of pressure gauges are mainly to install buffer devices or to select shock-resistant pressure gauges.
The main component of pressure gauge measurement is its inner spring tube. When the temperature deviates from 20 +5, the elastic component of pressure gauge-metal spring tube will change its modulus of elasticity under the action of temperature, which will cause the displacement of the end of the spring tube to change its temperature additional quantity and affect the accuracy of pressure gauge measurement. In the use of pressure gauges, the most direct and effective way to minimize the influence of temperature on the accuracy of pressure gauges is to avoid the pressure gauges working in abnormal temperature environment. If it is unavoidable, the pressure gauges should be treated with high temperature or cold protection, such as installing condensation devices or insulation devices for pressure gauges.
Overload operation of pressure gauge does not only mean that the indication value of pressure gauge reaches the maximum of the dial, but also that the elastic element of pressure gauge is in a non-linear state when it exceeds 2/3 of the full scale. When the pressure gauge works under overload for a long time, its internal elastic components such as spring tube will be in the state of limit or near limit deformation for a long time, and eventually permanent deformation will occur, which can not correctly indicate the pressure value. The measure of pressure gauge overload is the pressure gauge with a higher one-stop range.
