Correct use of stainless steel pressure gauge:
1. Before installation, check whether the type, specifications and accuracy of the instrument meet the requirements of the instrument. Check whether the joint threads of the instrument are identical with the insert threads of the instrument.
2. Pressure gauges should be installed vertically, inclination is generally not more than 30 degrees, and strive to maintain the same level with the measuring points, in order to avoid the indication error.
3. After installation, under the condition of no pressure, whether the observation pointer is in zero position or close to the disc stop pin, otherwise it is not suitable to use.
4. When measuring the steam pressure, the lower end of the pressure gauge should be equipped with annular tube. Water should be used to transfer the steam pressure, so as to avoid the high temperature steam rushing into the spring tube, affecting the accuracy of the instrument, or inadvertently melting the solder, causing leakage of the instrument, accidents or burns.
5. When using, the valve should be opened slowly so that the pressure rises slowly to the working position. If the valve is suddenly opened, such as pressure out of control, beyond the upper limit of measurement, the spring tube will be damaged, deformed or the fan teeth will be detached and the instrument will lose function.
6. After use, the pressure should be slowly relieved, and the pointer should not be suddenly reduced to zero. In this way, the pointer will hit the disc stop nail and will bend or even break the pointer.
7. Instruments should be inspected or maintained according to the requirements.
8. The instruments removed should be stored in a dustproof, dry and corrosion-free environment.
