Precautions for Anticorrosion of Stainless Steel Pressure Gauge

Pressure gauge maintenance in a very important point is pressure gauge anticorrosion, stainless steel pressure gauge anticorrosion precautions:

1. For general corrosive media, if stainless steel spring tube can resist corrosion for 1-2 years, it can be selected as ammonia pressure gauge. When installed, the pressure guide tube should be short, and the buffer coil should be replaced by buffer tank to prevent impurity blockage.

2. If the medium corrodes stainless steel and copper, the buffer tank can be replaced by isolation tank, and the corrosion-resistant isolation liquid can be added. The type of isolation fluid can be selected according to the properties of the medium under test, but it is better to use it for more than half a year without deterioration. If ordinary isolation fluid can not be applied, fluorine-chlorine oil can be used as isolation fluid, but the price is very expensive, so the isolation tank should be small, and fluorine oil should be recycled for reuse when disassembling and assembling.

3. Diaphragm pressure gauge can be used. At present, there are molybdenum 2 titanium and tantalum sheets. The pressure between diaphragm and spring tube is transmitted by methyl silicone oil. The minimum range can be 0-100kPa. If the diaphragm material is not corrosion-resistant, a layer of F46 (polyperfluoroethylene propylene) diaphragm can be added, but the sensitivity of the instrument is reduced. F 46 can also be directly used as isolation diaphragm, but attention should be paid to the permeability of the medium. Fluorine oil can be used as the transfer fluid, which can play a dual isolation role.
